John Donnelly (JD) is the founder and CEO of LabXchange360, bringing decades of executive leadership in healthcare data, billing, and payer connectivity. A pioneer of EDI and 270/271 standards, he built TeraHealth into one of the nation’s leading eligibility platforms before its acquisition by Experian. As CEO of FrontRunnerHC, JD now applies that experience to LabXchange360, helping laboratories prevent revenue loss upstream, reduce financial exposure, and operate with stronger, more predictable margins.

Jim Beeman

SVP, Head of Sales

Jim Beeman is SVP, Head of Sales at LabXchange360, bringing 15 years of laboratory leadership across genomics, pathology, and clinical testing. A former NeoGenomics executive and US Air Force officer, he brings cross-functional, data-driven leadership focused on protecting lab margins through upstream order controls, revenue-first operational discipline, and staying ahead of industry trends to drive profitable, sustainable growth.

Matt Carrico

Senior Product Operations Manager

Matt Carrico is the Product Operations Manager at LabXchange360, bringing over a decade of experience translating customer, operational, and technical needs into scalable product solutions. He leads product operations with a focus on roadmap ownership, cross-functional execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding, adoption, and platform maturity. Matt partners closely with engineering, sales, and executive teams to deliver usable, outcome-driven solutions across healthcare, DevOps, and SaaS environments.

VP, Solution Engineering & Product Enablement

Sean brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in the clinical laboratory industry to his role. Having worked extensively in the Revenue Cycle and Finance verticals at BioReference Laboratories, Interpace BioSciences, and LabQ Diagnostics, Sean has developed a deep knowledge of the challenges healthcare providers and labs face throughout the accession lifecycle and in realizing revenue projections. Combining this knowledge with a desire to understand clients’ unique organizational challenges and develop innovative solutions to overcome them is Sean’s top priority.

Kathy Ferreira

Lab Implementations and Operations Manager

Kathy Ferreira brings over 35 years of lab experience to her role as Lab Implementations and Operations Manager at LabXchange360. She has worked across every lab department, managed a 200-bed hospital lab and off-site locations, led MT student education, and guided multiple LIS transitions through her work at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.

Austin Fitzwater is a technology and operations leader with a track record of building and scaling complex systems in high-growth environments. Dan McGuinn is a healthcare and laboratory industry leader with deep experience across diagnostics, informatics, and clinical data exchange. His career spans national labs, health system outreach, and senior roles at Atlas Medical, Prognos, and Halfpenny Technologies, where he led strategic lab and hospital partnerships. As VP of Business Development at FrontRunnerHC, Dan drives growth through data automation and solutions like LabXchange, advancing efficiency, care coordination, and better patient outcomes through the power of connected data.
